General Expectations and Responsibilities
- Grow in friendship, faith, and servant leadership
- Be an example of welcoming, belonging, and fellowship
- Attend all Council meetings, formation, and training opportunities
- Council Meeting: Sundays 3:00pm-4:00pm
- Formation & Fellowship: Bi-Monthly TBD
- Student Leadership Conference (August 10th-13th)
- Council Orientation (Sept 22th-23th)
- Winter Training Retreat (January 12th-13th)
- Spring Quarter Council Kickoff (TBD)
- Be present and participate at Sunday Student Mass
- Student Mass: Sundays 5:00pm
- Participate in outreach activities eg. on campus tabling, fundraising, general outreach
- Davis Newman Showcase
- Empower students to serve and lead
- Work in conjunction with other student leaders to plan and organize events
- Academics
- Must be a currently enrolled student in good academic standing. Exceptions at the discretion of the Director
- Supervision
- As a Council Member, you will report to the Director and Program Coordinator
- Commitment
- The term is one full academic year
- Average 5-10 hours per week (hours may vary according to the time of the year and team responsibilities)
