Spiritual Journeys Speaker, February 2 at 7:30pm
Periodically, throughout the academic year, we are setting aside time to hear stories of spiritual journeys. These presentations are intended not only to help us grow from the spiritual journeys of others, but to also help each of us to articulate our own spiritual journeys—we all have them!!
Joining us on Thursday evening, February 2 at 7:30pm in the Newman House will be Colin Wen. Colin graduated from UC Davis in 2005. He was very much involved in activities at Newman leading Bible study and the Tijuana House Building Project. Following graduation he entered St Patrick’s Seminary. He completed 2 years of philosophy before going to the North American College in Rome in 2008. He is finishing a Bachelor’s in Sacred Theology and will return to Rome after my Pastoral Year (at St Joseph’s in Auburn) to complete a License in Moral Theology. God willing, he will be ordained a deacon in Oct. 2012, and a priest of the Diocese of Sacramento in June of 2013.
